Higher Expectations Real Estate Opportunities (H.E.R.O) Investment Group LLC is a privately held investment company that focuses on the acquisition and management of opportunistic and value-add multi-family properties. We specialize in repositioning well located assets in emerging markets to protect investor capital and provide high yield returns.
We acquire and manage income producing, multifamily real estate assets in markets with stable and growing economics and demographics with options for current and future value-added returns.

Meise Bunton
Co-Founder | Managing Partner
Meise has mastered acquisitions and budget analysis in the accounting industry for over 15 years. Her analytical skill set has made her a skillful underwriter and meticulous researcher. She received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Marketing from University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Ohio University. Meise’s diverse background of growing up as a military dependent stationed in Germany and military spouse stationed in Japan has assisted her with excellent people skills to negotiate favorable agreements. Furthermore, this has enabled everyone involved in her business ventures to benefit from her diverse perspective and ambitious goals. Outside of Meise’s professional career, she enjoys traveling, cooking, going to sporting events and spending time with family and friends!
Andrew Bunton
Co-Founder | Managing Partner
Andrew demonstrates a specialized skill set for successfully identifying capital raising opportunities and forging strong relationships with a diverse variety of potential investors and corporate partners. He is a retired US Navy veteran with extensive experience within the Cyber and Information Technology career field. Furthermore, he possesses an exceptional wealth of knowledge and experience in diverse customer relations, complex problem solving under pressure, and expert end-to-end product delivery with a track record of excellence. He received a Master’s of Science degree in Information Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and has been chosen as one of the few top tier IT technical expert contributors for one of the premier IT certification companies in the world. During Andrew’s free time, he enjoys watching Ohio State Buckeye football, traveling, and attending sporting events with his family and friends! His early years as a Semi-pro Football player overseas established a sustained and driven focus to team success that he continues to this day during his devoted efforts towards multifamily investment growth.
